Individualized Approach
When a person enrolls, he/she fills a background information form, which aids in understanding the needs and goals of the student. Based on the background information, the course is tailored to address the identified weaknesses in every participant.
No Time Constraint
Every course of the academy has a basic set of goals and objectives. It takes 10 classes to achieve them. But, due to certain specialized needs, some batches may take longer than expected. Here, comes the good news! The students are not charged for any of the extra classes. The academy has a commitment to instill the necessary qualities for achieving the course objectives.
Public Speaking
Apart from the regular course work, Finesse is determined to make every student an outstanding orator. The students learn all the nuances of public speaking. As a grand finale, on their graduation, there is a Speech Contest among the participants and the winner receives a trophy!
This extra effort taken by the academy makes the students excel in their school activities like making book reports, giving presentations, etc which have become part of everyday school work.
Follow ups
The most unique feature about the academy is its follow-up classes. Follow-ups are conducted every last Sunday of a month. Here, students brush up the old topics, learn new skills and concepts and walk out rejuvenated.
The follow up classes are going on for more than 2 years. In some classes, there are up to 40 students from varied backgrounds and age groups. Exposure to a bigger group makes them understand the real life scenario and motivates them to work hard and achieve success in all their endeavors.
One on One
In addition, Finesse Academy conducts personal customized coaching for achieving specific goals like handling interviews, boosting confidence in a particularly shy and nervous child, creating a winning mentality and other life skill development.
Mrs. Vidhi Ghosalkar is fully available for her students to help them for school programs, community events and other competitions conducted by organizations like Toastmasters International, North South Foundation etc
